Tipalti is a global leader in Accounts Payable (AP) systems. Our dynamic R&D group is responsible for integrating our solutions with various ERP systems. We are currently seeking a highly skilled ERP Escalation Engineer - Tier 4, who will serve as the technical point of escalation for resolving complex tickets and problems.
The ERP Escalation Engineer will be a key part of our R&D team, working to ensure the optimal integration of our AP system with various ERPs. This individual will be our go-to resource for solving complex integration problems, helping us maintain top-tier customer satisfaction and ensure our product works seamlessly across various systems.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the top-tier escalation point for complex integration problems, with a focus on resolving tickets efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our AP system and its integration with various ERPs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues reported by other engineers or customers.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to Tier 1, 2, and 3 engineers, fostering a learning and growth environment.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance system performance, functionality, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on troubleshooting steps, resolution procedures, and best practices.
- Regularly report on ticket trends and provide insights on how to prevent future issues.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience working with various ERP systems.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an AP/ERP environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex problems in a simple, understandable manner.
- Familiarity with ITSM or similar ticketing systems.
- A team player mindset, with the ability to also work independently when required.
Advantages:

- Prior experience in a software development or scripting language such as NodeJS, C# and SQL.
